On Golden Ponds.

"On Golden Pond" was a great movie and seemingly cathartic for audience and cast members alike. Jane and Henry opted to use the art of film, and movie-making, to find their inner-peace with one another. Shortly after the film was released, and accolades well deserved, Henry died. It was very wise for Henry to make that film as an effort to heal. It was kind of Jane to engage even if the film had absolutely no references to Hanoi, Vietnam, bombs or exercise videos. Deep inside this iceberg that is JANE, there can be found a frozen heart.

Moral of the blog?, damn it's too freakin' cold outside, Jane thinks, in order to stroll around any froggy childhood memory laned pond. But kudos for trying. Jane, let's go get that Fonda VHS tape and stretch a little this mornin'. I'm feeling all achy inside now. Gut wrenching thoughts. Screw "On Golden Pond," let's talk about "Barbarella" next time. Jane, you poor thing. Chin up.

Hey wait a second, is that Secretary of State Kerry?! OMG, of course it is. And was this before his botox induced face-life?! And there is a pond behind their microphone?!  I gotta go do my push-up stretches right now! This pond pondering has become creepier that that pond shot in that "Friday the 13th" flick! Wait a second Jane, there was a lake in that movie (Crystal Lake) and not a pond. Oh yeah, you're right about that. Shucks. You know what-  then screw ponds and lakes when it's freezing outside!  bye!
