Installation art can be either temporary or permanent. Installation artworks have been constructed in exhibition spaces such as museums and galleries, as well as public and private spaces. The genre incorporates a broad range of everyday and natural materials, which are often chosen for their "evocative" qualities, as well as new media such as video, sound, performance, immersive virtual reality and the internet. Many installations are site-specific in that they are designed to exist only in the space for which they were created, appealing to qualities evident in a three-dimensional immersive medium.  bye.

JANE NUTRITIOUSS(sic) TIP OF THE DAY:  Wild salmon that you can purchase on a great sale is an excellent source of vitamin B12, vitamin D and selenium. ABERDEEN.

KURT COBAIN MEMORIAL PARK
ABERDEEN, SEATTLE WA 2018

No words can describe the impact that I had with my experience of locating this special hidden gem 'community park' created by true Kurt Cobain fans & made at the exact location that Kurt would isolate himself 'under the bridge' of his hometown of Aberdeen when he was homeless as a teen. The design of the park, the style of the park, the need to climb down a muddy bank ravine to locate it by foot, the place is literally an incarnation of everything Kurt stood for as an artist- simplicity...RAWNESS....Authenticity...the REAL and the DIRECT and the PEACE that all of that brings once the flowing of the creative process begins to drip from the quiet range of ones inner-most feelings. KURT COBAIN MEMORIAL PARK - IS THE SHIT!

Lyrics

Underneath the bridge
The tarp has sprung a leak
And the animals I've trapped
Have all become my pets

Underneath the bridge
The tarp has sprung a leak
And the animals I've trapped
Have all become my pets
And I'm living off of grass
And the drippings from the ceiling
But it's okay to eat fish
'Cause they don't have any feelings
Something in the way
Ummmmm
Something in the way, yeah
Ummmmm
Something in the way
Ummmmm
Something in the way, yeah
Ummmmm
Something in the way
Ummmmm
Something in the way, yeah
Ummmmm
Underneath the bridge
The tarp has sprung a leak
And the animals I've trapped
Have all become my pets
And I'm living off of grass
And the drippings from the ceiling
But it's okay to eat fish
'Cause they don't have any feelings
Something in the way
Ummmmm
Something in the way, yeah
Ummmmm
Something in the way
Ummmmm
Something in the way, yeah
Ummmmm
Something in the way
Ummmmm
Something in the way, yeah
Ummmmm
Something in the way
Ummmmm
Something in the way, yeah
Ummmmm

Rain or Shine, Tay Tay opted to shine in Jersey

Taylor Swift LIVE at METLIFE Stadium with her 'REPUTATION' tour was the most epic concert experience imaginable.
And it rained, and this just added to the magic of it all. Swift is the Real Deal Holyfield...

HERE ARE SOME VID CLIPS from the show ...

The show was impeccable. The performance and stage design mind-blowing. An unforgettable concert. Period. bye.

Purpose. "The out of service system was established to provide future President of the United States 2020 candidate Jane Public with an expeditious method of communicating with the American public's brain at large in the event of war, threat of war, or grave national crisis." The Emergency Broadcast System replaced CONELRAD on August 5, 1963. "Nuff said."

the heat is on.

it took me years to appreciate, HEAT by Miami Vice famed director Michael Mann. when I first saw this 'movie' in a cineplex back when I was in film school. all I remember is leaving that 3-hour thing with half of an overpriced  container of popcorn (honesty, I don't remember what the hell I ordered that day but I can only imagine that is was a bucket of popcorn...sounds bout right ), only impressed by the movie's pristine sound-design and the bank robbery action street sequence - Nothing More. And now, 20 years later, and upon viewing it with a pair of fresh new eyes, I feel it is an absolute brilliant and emotionally charged masterpiece. De Niro's performance is spectacular. HEAT is spectacular. watch it. Evidence that time does heal all wounds, even after 20 years.

bye.

what did you eat today that was out of the ordinary?
an ice cream cone at Ben and Jerry's. On a waffle sprinkle cone also, forgot to mention.
- "damn. that's strange. but sounds delicious!"

(it was) bye.
p.s. i shave today. or take a penalty card.

The letters of Sylvia Plath

"Plath was many things to many people: family, student, journalist, poet, friend, artist, girlfriend, wife, novelist, peer and mother; but perhaps the most overlooked feature of her life was that she was human, and therefore fallible. She misspelled words, punctuated incorrectly, lied, misquoted texts, exaggerated, was sarcastic, and sometimes brutally honest."
