No matter what anybody tells you, words and ideas can change the world.
We don’t read and write poetry because it’s cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for.

“But when it came right down to it, the skin of my wrist looked so white and defensless that I couldn't do it. It was as if what I wanted to kill wasn't in that skin or the thin blue pulse that jumped under my thumb, but somewhere else, deeper, more secret, and a whole lot harder to get.” ― The Bell Jar

Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (C.S.C. Roma)
The Centro sperimentale di cinematografia (Experimental film centre or Italian National film school) was established in 1935 in Italy and aims to promote the art and technique of cinematography and film.
It is the oldest film school in Western Europe, founded in the city of Rome in 1935 during the Benito Mussolini era by his head of cinema Luigi Freddi, was and is still financed by the Italian government and focuses on education, research, publication and theory.
The center is the most important Italian institution for training, research and experimentation in the field of cinema, intended in its widest sense, of films, documentaries, fiction and animation. Located near Cinecittà , the school trains its students using 35mm equipment over a 3-yr period. With only 6 places available per classe, selection is highly competitive. bye.
Alumni include:
- Michelangelo Antonioni
- Liliana Cavani (The Night Porter !)
- Umberto Lenzi
The Photography of Sandberg
Tom Sandberg is not afraid of abstraction: it has to be here, as a component of how the world fits together. But the mysterious quality of his apparently simple pictures is far too literate to elicit a mere “What’s that?” The enigma is something of a metaphor—Sandberg has a very careful and dedicated way of looking that is by normative experience quite uncanny. In the inventory of his work, we might be hard pressed to find anything we haven’t had a look at before; and yet everywhere he puts his lens he renders the unmistakable sense that we are now seeing in a way that we usually don’t. Does he have a great eye? Sure, but the ineffable quality of his work is neither evidentiary nor visionary; it is, instead, essentially the effect of an obsessive fascination with those elements of photography in which subtlety can play out with infinite complexity. Sandberg’s art is not a product of experience; it is a process of experiencing. His choice of subject is inherently eclectic—sometimes immensely vast, sometimes intimately small; the real drama is a visual dialogue on the nature of perception. The language—honed by craft—is very much about photography. bye.

REALLY BELIEVE THAT ROBERT SOUGHT NOT TO DESTROY ORDER, BUT TO REORDER, TO REINVENT, AND TO CREATE A NEW ORDER. I KNOW THAT HE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO SOMETHING THAT NO ONE ELSE HAD DONE. THAT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO HIM. — PATTI SMITH

"It was a queer, sultry summer, the summer they electrocuted the Rosenbergs, and I didn't know what I was doing in New York."
Roundup.
Research scientist Stephanie Seneff of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a widely published author on topics ranging from Alzheimer’s Disease to autism and cardiovascular disease raised plenty of eyebrows recently with a bold proclamation on autism at a special panel in Massachusetts about genetically modified organisms and other topics.
“At today’s rate, by 2025, one in two children will be autistic,” Seneff said last Thursday in Groton, MA at an event sponsored by the holistic-focused Groton Wellness organization.
Seneff presented slides showing a remarkably consistent correlation between the rising use of Roundup (with its active ingredient glyphosate) on crops and the rising rates of autism; while it doesn’t show a direct correlation it does give researchers plenty to think about, especially considering Seneff’s research into the side effects of autism that mimic glyphosate toxicity and deficiencies.

The 'Law Of Cinema.'
Despite relations being under repair, there still is, and will remain, an unfortunate 'law of cinema.' And this law will control and manage the artists freedom of speech and expression. Sad. A long road lies ahead for these ppl.
