The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus has confirmed that they have decided to stop using elephants by 2018.
Animal activists have protested the use of elephants in live shows for years saying they face physical abuse at the hands of trainers and unhealthy living conditions. Elephants are painfully arthritic and many now have tuberculosis. Bye.
