A man from Hong Kong was caught by customs officials at the Futian port in Shenzhen, Guangdong province with 94 iPhone handsets strapped across his body on January 11.
The unidentified man, dressed in a red sports jacket and sweatpants, gave himself away to officials with his stiff walking and awkward posture—he'd only been carrying two plastic shopping bags with him. Oh, and the alarm at the metal detection gate went off as he'd tried going through.
The man reportedly had a history of smuggling expensive electronics into the mainland from Hong Kong. bye.
