Pontifical Council Top 45 Films of All Time

The Pontifical Council for Social Communications observed cinema by singling out 45 movies from the U.S., Europe, Asia, that were found to possess special artistic or religious merit. As a guide to the Vatican's tastes , the list is pretty striking for which films made the cut, and which did not.
