The infamous Quincy Jones' lollipop scene.

When 'the artist formerly known as Prince' went to war with his record label due to contractual demands placed on him demanding that he record 1 record a year, he responded by changing his name to a mere symbol in order to legally loophole his way out of the deceptive corporate contract. The record company (Warner Brothers) wanted him to make more money, for them and not more meaningful work. When his name as a symbol was left unrecognized by mogul Quincy Jones at the 1995  'WE ARE THE WORLD' reunion, he responded with an on-air lollipop suck (a sucker offering to Quincy). lol. Prince reclaimed his name in 2000, after the contract matter was resolved. He was a brilliant guy.
