a day of NYC heatwave cellfone photography

BUMPER STICKER reads: Don't Steal, The Government hates Competition.

Bumped into my "NICE" ballet dancer moviestar at a WHOLE FOODS grocery store

This writer was walking round' NYC lookin' for a restroom (i.e. any public bathroom facility).

This writer sees/saw a girl with red hair studying hard for an exam at a food table at WHOLE FOODS (2nd floor).

This writer did NOT spot Mary-Kate Olsen there (important mental note that needs to be addressed right now for you all).

This writer abruptly noticed that it was the star of JANE PUBLIC's film, NICE PEOPLE (2nd of new film trilogy) that was noticed studying. This writer took a pic (wit cheap crap cell fone) after blabbing away about life and the scarce NYC public restrooms that are barely around.

Enjoy this picture, my dearly beloved fanatical fanclub BLOG followers.

I DID IT FOR ALL YOU ! I TOOK THIS PICTURE WITH MY CELLFONE WITH LOVE FOR YOU IN MY HEART (after using the bathroom too).

p.s. And go dance to a BERLIN tune, minus any backward messages.
p.s.s. Yes, I totally agree with you. I hear what your brain is thinking. Yes, I agree, I look GREAT in this pic. Bye.

love, me xo

I will miss you AMY :( rip

Celebrating a successful VHS to 16mm film transfer

God Bless : COLORLAB, NYC

p.s. weird, it used to be "film to vhs" transfers were a nightmare + gamble. Times have changed. and have changed = super-fast.

p.s.s. my next film is a mountain nature story based on literary interpretations of an impossible love affair.

The importance of TITLE SEQUENCES...

http://annyas.com/screenshots/saul-bass-title-sequences/

p.s. i just got my giant bullhorn in the post/mail for my new film's "opening sequence".

I found gem place dat rescues/develops SUPER 8mm stock!

http://www.filmrescue.com/

p.s. I just shot 3 rolls of Super 8mm and will Hand-Develop it all in 2 wks !!! Cant Wait !!!! :)

By choice. Never easy. Choosing the less over the more. Visiting those who have lost everything, yet remain hopeful. Spreading hope in small quantities against all tormented storms. Speaking through thick glass windows and watching the sweltering tears of those trapped within a "system".

Ultimately it all means making a direct choice to live one's life a certain way and refusing to let any force prevent any good "action".

by,
me xoxo

P.S. If you can't be a good example, at least be a terrible warning.

My life motto (this should never drain away from you by no person)

EXCELLENCE can be attained if you care more than others think is wise...

RISK more than others think is safe...

DREAM more than others think is practical...

EXPECT more than others think is possible.
