   The independent approaches that iconic figures like Megyn Kelly and Glenn Greenwald are taking (independently funded podcasts, blogs, self-publications, etc) since being used and cancelled by our secondary murderous pandemic 'cancel culture' is fascinating. Water finds its own level. The irony about all of our new technology is that true journalism will persist and change its course just like a virus does, and as 'Group Think' keeps on foggin' up big tech terrain, their social sickness will keep having to reinvent new vaccines as we persevere. The fun is just beginning.  bye.

Did not expect this podcast interview to be this good. This chat between 

Turturro and Lee encompasses everything from the beginning 

stages of falling in love with moving picture cameras, to film school to a 

life's career in the industry. I remember Lee from my days working as a 

sound editor (Folly Work) at SOUND ONE STUDIOS and he was always a passionate 

handful. This interview really reveals just how reflective Turturro is as a 

person and what a good listener he is also. Cannot recommend this interview

enough...especially for indie and experimental filmmakers looking for 

inspiring words to meditate on. bye.

The BEARAXE Surprise.

Last night's fundraiser in Seattle was so-so, not spectacular but cool to see old heroes now older, wiser and still at it. The greatest moment from last night's performances was by Seattle newcomer singer Shaina Shepherd (BEARAXE)- she blew the show away. Like damn she's talented- Wow.

The Museum of Seattle raised over $600,000 thus far from this online streaming benefit. Also, I gotta say that Ann Wilson (HEART) still 'has it' and was truly amazing in her vocal contribution, too. Her pipes ain't gone rusty at all, yet. I'm looking foward to the upcoming biopic about her band, HEART. bye.
